CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro can initiate various Actions upon messages. The Actions are jobs specified by the Administrator that are executed by the program while processing messages.


Please note that you can define one or several actions within a single rule.

All the Actions are accessible within each rule (new or existing) in the Rules properties area in the Actions tab via the Add button (Fig. 1.).

Please remember that actions will only be initiated if a message meets the criteria specified in the Conditions and a message is not excluded from processing within the Exceptions.
