Actions

CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro can initiate various Actions on messages. The Actions are jobs specified by the Administrator that are executed by the program while processing messages.

Please note that you can define one or several actions within a single rule.

All the Actions are accessible within each rule (new or existing) via the Add button located on the Actions tab in the Rule properties pane (Fig. 1.).

Please remember that actions will only be initiated if a message meets the criteria specified in Conditions and is not excluded from processing within Exceptions.
