How to change a geolocation


You would like to change the geolocation of the CodeTwo Email Azure Service for your tenant.


If you want to have your signatures added to emails after you switch to a new geolocation, you should contact our Support team to have them move your settings. For security reasons, our Support team should be contacted by the CodeTwo Admin Panel account owner. Please use the email address associated with your CodeTwo Admin Panel account to contact us. 

There is no downtime during this process and no further action is required on your end. After all the settings are moved to a new geolocation, all emails will be automatically routed through the new geolocation of CodeTwo Email Azure Service.

It’s not recommended to move to a new geolocation manually (without CodeTwo Support's assistance) as you will lose your settings and your subscription will be canceled.
