How to change a geo location
You would like to change the geo location of the CodeTwo Email Azure Service for your tenant.
If you want to have your signatures added to emails after you switch to a new geo location, you should contact our Support team to have them move your settings. For security reasons, our Support team should be contacted by a person authorized to manage your tenant - please use the email address associated with your CodeTwo Admin Panel account to contact us.
There is no downtime during this process and no further action is required on your end. After all the settings are moved to a new geo location, all emails will be automatically routed through the new geo location of CodeTwo Email Azure Service.
It’s not recommended to move to a new geo location manually (without CodeTwo Support's assistance) as you will lose your settings and your subscription will be canceled.
