A very easy to use email signature application that plugs straight in to o365. I have used this for a number of years and it is set and forget, it just works, integrating seamlessly. Customer service is also fantastic. Everything we wanted in an email signature tool. In fact, we didn't know it could be this easy. We thought there must be a commercial product to help us standardize our branding and email look and feel, and boom - we found CodeTwo. We thought it seemed a little too good to be true, but found it more than met our expectations. Desired corporate identity changes, updating employee information, temporary banners for a specific period of time can all be managed and modified centrally. And this without the employee being disturbed in his or her work. This is particularly interesting for companies with global branches and/or employee locations (time zones), it saves resources and reduces the time required many times over.

Better than the competition and great support »

We were using another signature provider and it wasn't displaying our signatures correctly on all clients. The system was so fiddly in the way signatures were constructed, that the thought of diagnosing the problem was something I had put off for years. No such issue with CodeTwo. We also wanted a way to display a cut down version of our signature on reply emails, which CodeTwo can do.
