Due to COVID-19 outbreak in the EU, CodeTwo has implemented response measures to maintain business continuity and to provide a maximum level of security for our employees and their families. As a result of these actions, most of our employees, including Customer Service and DevOps Teams, are now temporarily working remotely from their homes using a secure VPN connection to CodeTwo HQ.
This situation does not influence the way we provide our services to you. The availability of our Customer Service representatives has not changed, and our DevOps Team actively monitors all services 24/7/365.
Note, however, that on rare occasions, the quality of phone calls may be lower than usual due to our employees using their home ISPs to receive and make calls through our telephony system. Thank you for your understanding.
