New features: downloading invoices from Admin Panel, global rollout of mobile iOS & Android signatures and improved onboarding

Billing history & invoices now available in CodeTwo Admin Panel

Accessing your billing history and downloading invoices for CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 subscriptions is now more convenient than ever. Just sign in to CodeTwo Admin Panel and go to the Billing page. In the Billing history & invoices section, you’ll find all of your organization’s invoices. To download an invoice, click its Order ID or use the download icon ().

Note that only Admin Panel Owners have access to their organization’s billing history and invoices. We also send invoices to the Owner’s contact email address specified in the Billing info section (see the image above).

Automatic email signatures in Outlook for iOS and Android – Global Rollout

We’re moving from Early Access to Global Rollout with email signatures added directly on Outlook for iOS & Android devices via our Outlook Web Add-in. This means that if you use our add-in to insert signatures in Outlook for Windows, Mac & OWA as users type, you can now also add signatures on your end users’ mobile devices automatically.

New CodeTwo customers (from July 2024 onwards) will have mobile signatures turned on by default, and existing customers will get them in the coming weeks. If you prefer not to wait for the automatic rollout, you can turn on mobile signatures right away. Find out how to do that on this blog.

Improved onboarding & UI updates

We’ve simplified the way users interact with our service when performing tasks such as:

• initial deployment & configuration – we’ve introduced more granular admin permissions in the tenant registration, signature mode selection and attribute synchronization wizards in CodeTwo Admin Panel;
• Outlook Web Add-in deployment – go to the Outlook add-in settings in the Admin Panel and use the link shown below to launch an automatic add-in deployment wizard directly in your Microsoft 365 admin center:
