Server Monitor
As CodeTwo Exchange Rules is designed to work in a wide variety of scenarios including multi-server environments, it was equipped with the Server Monitor tool that enables viewing all the instances of the program in one place to track and manage their operation status and performance. To open up the tool click Server Monitor in the program's ribbon (Fig. 1.).

The Server Monitor window is divided into the three following sections:
- Services and log files
- Executed operations
- License status
Info
Each line within the monitor corresponds to a particular server within the organization equipped with Exchange Rules Service.
The first section shows information on services' status including Exchange Rules Service and Sent Items Update. Additionally you can Start or Stop the services and check the diagnostic files (separately for Service and Sent Items Update) if any of the services deviates from standard behavior (Fig. 2.). Next to this section you should see a column showing version of the program.
The second section shows some basic statistics concerning mail processing including number of processed messages, average message processing time and last email processing time (Fig. 3.).

Info
Please note that processing the first email always takes longer that is why the average processing time will get lower once the number of processed messages grows to reach the actual time.
The last section shows the number of currently used licenses per server so you may control their number to avoid reaching the limit (Fig. 4.).
This area shows the current license status (retail version with a number of licenses taken from the license pack or trial version with a number of days left until it expires) and enables opening the overview of assigned licenses. To open the overview click icon (Fig. 5.).

Info
Please note that at the bottom of the window there is a legend explaining each available button (Fig. 6.).
