Actions

CodeTwo Exchange Rules was designed to manage email rules that initiate footer adding Actions to messages traveling through the Exchange Server. These actions are jobs specified by the Administrator that are executed by the program while processing messages.

Please note that you can define one or several actions within a single rule.

The actions are accessible within each rule (new or existing) in the Rules properties area in the Actions tab via the Add button (Fig. 1.).

Below you will find the full list of actions available in the program. Click on the action's name to navigate to its description.

Actions will only be initiated if a message meets the criteria specified in the Conditions tab and are not excluded from processing within the Exceptions.
