2025 was a big year for all of us at CodeTwo! We released a range of new features, introduced a brand-new product, hit a few exciting milestones, won multiple prestigious awards, and took part in dozens of IT events around the globe. Here’s a recap of all that – and more!
New features in CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
In 2025, we rolled out several new features and enhanced existing ones in our flagship tool for email signature management. This is what changed in CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 over the past twelve months:
- CodeTwo Outlook signatures are now dynamic – you can automatically change your Outlook signatures based on the sender and recipient (“From” and “To” fields). Watch the short video below to see how it works or click here to learn more.
- We’ve improved the speed of CodeTwo Outlook Add-in – together with Microsoft’s Outlook Add-ins team, we’ve streamlined the Web Add-in performance; we’ve also introduced local cache for faster updating. Learn more
- The signature template editor has become smarter – the updated editor produces cleaner HTML code to further unify signature appearance across various email apps. Learn more
- We’ve revamped the signature template library – you can now choose from several new designs or turn to the refreshed versions of existing templates available in the template library. Learn more
- We’ve optimized the Signatures app – our signature management app is now faster, smoother, and more browser-agnostic thanks to various performance tweaks and improvements. The significantly shorter processing times and enhanced redundancy make the Signatures app more reliable than ever.
- We’ve added an extra layer of protection to all CodeTwo apps – thanks to the integration with Azure Web Application Firewall (WAF), our apps have become even more resistant to exploits, attacks, and vulnerabilities. Learn more about our security standards
- Tenant registration has been simplified – we’ve implemented several back-end updates and UI improvements in the Admin Panel to make the tenant registration process as easy as possible.
On top of that, our signature service was once again audited, pen-tested, and certified by Microsoft 365 App Compliance team and remains the only signature product with full Microsoft 365 certification. Learn more
New product – CodeTwo Email Signatures On‑prem
At the end of July, we introduced CodeTwo Email Signatures On-prem – the first and only on-prem email signature and mail flow manager that fully supports Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE). With our new tool, you can:
- set up unified email signatures and disclaimers for all employees using a visual signature template editor,
- manage mail flow by auto-forwarding emails, forcing email format, or blocking messages,
- scan messages for sensitive content and remove such content,
- add unsubscribe links to company newsletters,
- and more!
Key milestones
In 2025, we hit a few important milestones:
- Our customer base grew to over 130k organizations – solutions developed by CodeTwo are used by companies in more than 170 countries, including Facebook, Samsung, UNICEF, and many Fortune 500 companies.
- CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 surpassed 1,500 reviews on G2.com – with an average score of 4.8 out of 5, we prove to be the top choice among the G2 community. Check out the reviews on G2.com
