Rules can be configured to apply to all users or you can limit the scope of senders using various criteria.
The program lets you configure rules that are triggered or suppressed by specific keywords or phrases.
Use the Azure AD field filter if you want a signature to be added to an email only if the sender matches very specific criteria.
On the Design tab, you can e.g. access the signature template editor to create a signature or you can upload a predefined signature template from the Template Library.
On the Design tab, you can also choose how signatures will be added in a correspondence. For example, the program can add different signatures to new emails, and different to subsequent messages.
CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 comes with a WYSIWYG editor that lets you easily design email signature templates in HTML, RTF and Plain text formats.
On the Options tab, you can define whether the next rule on the list should be processed if a particular rule is (or is not) applied. Here you can also schedule the activity time frames for each rule individually.
You can also turn on a feature called Sent Items Update, which lets you display email signatures in end-users' Sent Items folders.
After successfull tenant registration, an individual TLS certificate is created for you. Provisioning takes up to 15 minutes.
The program automatically integrates with your Office 365 tenant - no manual configuration is needed.
For each tenant, you can enable the signatures preview add-in, which allows end users to see their signatures while composing emails.
Once the signature preview feature is on, you can see your signatures in real time while writing an email in Outlook.
The live preview of server signatures is also available when composing emails in Outlook on the web (OWA). Any changes made to signatures are displayed in real time.
