We released CodeTwo One-click surveys a few months back and the customer adoption has been fantastic, so we’re excited to tell you that the feature just got better! You can now receive automated email notifications about new survey ratings and customer comments. We’ve also introduced password protected survey feed exports & a number of UI enhancements to streamline your customer satisfaction analysis.
Just a quick reminder: CodeTwo One-click surveys is a new free feature in CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. It lets you add customizable customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys to emails and analyze feedback data with a built-in survey analytics tool. See our quick overview video:
How to set up notifications for a customer survey
You can configure email notifications for every survey on the Notifications tab in CodeTwo Insights (insights.codetwo.com). Use the available options to:
- select notification frequency – every hour or once a day/week/month,
- add notification recipients – up to 5 email addresses,
- enable notifications for specific ratings – e.g. negative ratings or ratings with comments only.
We will send you notifications only if new ratings appear in the selected period and if these ratings meet your criteria.
Example:
Based on the setting shown below, email notifications will be sent once a week, at 12:00 PM on Friday. Notifications will be sent only if there are new negative or neutral ratings, or new positive ratings with comments.
Other features and UX improvements
The new update also brings the following features and UI changes to CodeTwo Insights:
- Password-protected data exports – to improve the security of your data, you now need to set a strong password (required) to access the exported CSV file with your survey data.
- Adding Insights users (new experience) – you can now invite users or groups from your Microsoft 365 tenant to CodeTwo Insights by simply selecting them from the list. Learn more in our manual
- Dashboard – the new default tab in the Insights app gives you a quick overview of the most important stats for your survey campaign.
- Logs is now Feed – we’ve changed the name of the Logs tab to Feed to better reflect its function – this is where all incoming ratings and comments are shown.
All changes, including the new notifications settings, are now globally available. You might be required to sign out from CodeTwo Insights and sign in again to see them.
