CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365: new status page

You may already know that each and every component of CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 is monitored 24/7. This is a tiny part of what we do to ensure your email signatures are always there and if any issue arises, it is resolved as quickly as possible. Up until now, all subscribers could see the status of our services in CodeTwo Admin Panel, after logging in.

Now, we have deployed a new, dedicated status page, on which you can check the current state of our services using any device connected to the Internet, with no access restrictions. Read more about it below.

About the status page

The new status page shows the health status for all geolocations available in CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365. Click the plus button next to your geolocation to see a detailed status of each service. At the bottom of the page, past incidents are listed. This section is usually empty.

The page refreshes periodically, so if you keep it open, it’s always up to date.

Stay updated

Our status page allows you to subscribe to updates by email. Additionally, you can subscribe to an RSS or Atom feed. To get updates on text messages directly to your phone, you need to use the settings tab in CodeTwo Admin Panel.

After you subscribe to updates, you can choose which geolocations you want to hear about. Next, you can limit notifications to selected services only. For example, you can choose to get notifications concerning mail flow and signatures only.

Mind that you need to confirm your email before you can receive any email notifications.

Existing users

If you have subscribed to service status alerts using the Admin Panel before the new status page has been released, you do not need to make any changes – your notification settings are not modified. What’s important is that you can now use the new status page to tailor your notification preferences. For example, you can limit your notifications only to the geolocation of your interest and the services which are the most important to you. To modify the notifications for your current email address, type this address when subscribing to email notifications on the status page. This will open the notifications customization page.

You can also define additional email addresses for status notifications – you can do that both in the Admin Panel and on the status page.
