New feature: Advanced access rights management

Organize email signatures and automatic replies into teams managed by specific people or groups.

Advanced access rights management is a new free feature in CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. When it’s turned on, it lets you group CodeTwo signature and autoresponder rules into teams and assign different users or groups to manage them. It also offers more flexible control of management permissions.

Does my organization need Advanced access rights management?

Advanced access rights management changes the interface of the Signatures app and is mainly recommended to medium and large companies that, for example:

• manage multiple domains or sister companies within a tenant and need to delegate signature management to specific teams for each domain/company,
• have users in different regions, cities, or countries and want local teams to manage signatures and automatic replies for their respective locations,
• require strict control over who manages specific signatures to comply with security policies.

Advanced access permissions are highly customizable. You can, for example, allow some users to create, edit, or delete signatures within a team, while others can only view signature templates.
