The product license key is sold in an annual subscription model (pre-paid). The price is calculated based on the number of mailboxes and the size of public folders and SharePoint data you want to back up.
Technical support and all program updates are included in the subscription price. What does technical support include?
New license / renew license (annual subscription)
To calculate the price, please provide the number of mailboxes and the size of public folders and SharePoint data on the source server that you want to back up.
The program consumes one license per one mailbox. For example, to back up 56 mailboxes, you need 56 licenses of CodeTwo Backup for Exchange.
Public Folders backup
Public folders are licensed based on their size on the server. Each 2 GB of data consumes 1 license. Only the size of the folders selected to back up is counted. E.g. if you want to back up 2 folders the size of which on the server is 5.6 GB, you will need 3 licenses no matter how much data will be downloaded in consecutive backup cycles.
The program uses one license per each 10 GB of data on the source SharePoint server. For example, to back up 58 GB of SharePoint data on the source server, you need 6 licenses.

The price for additional licenses is calculated based on the same price ranges as for new licenses. However, when adding licenses, your original subscription period remains unchanged. In this case, the price for the additional licenses will be reduced according to the used period of the first subscription.
You can pay for the software by credit/debit card, wire transfer or send us a purchase order. Credit/debit card payments are handled by Braintree (a PayPal company). Submitting your credit card information on CodeTwo's website is safe as our order system uses only TLS encrypted and verified connections to process your payment. CodeTwo does not store your credit card information in any form. CodeTwo is PCI compliant.
What does technical support include?
Technical support is included in the price of the subscription. It entitles you to the following benefits:

- 24-hour response time guarantee.
- Assistance comprehensively provided by the same specialist (unless he/she is out of office).
It is possible to trial the program before purchasing it. The trial version is free and works for 30 days. During the trial period, you can use all backup features but the restore feature is limited to 5 items per folder.
