(2) If the program doesn't work after upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7 or 8.1, you need to reinstall it.
(3) Global administrator rights are required.



The software you are about to download lets you perform mass imports and exports of user photos to and from the Exchange Online platform in Microsoft 365 (Office 365). Imported photos are displayed in services such as OWA, Outlook and SharePoint, and can be added to email signatures.

Installation Guide


Download the instalation file to your hard drive.


Run the installation file and accept the terms of the product license.


Install the application on your computer.


When the application starts, click Log in… The standard Microsoft 365 sign in window will open.


Provide global admin credentials for your Microsoft 365 tenant and click Sign in.


To work correctly, CodeTwo User Photos for Office 365 requires access to your Microsoft 365 organization’s directory. Click Accept.


To upload photos to Microsoft 365, the CodeTwo User Photos for Office 365 application needs to be registered in your Azure Active Directory. Click Register.


A dialog box notifying about the successful installation of the application will pop up. Click OK.


Start importing users’ photos to Microsoft 365.

Insert users’ photos in Microsoft 365 email signatures

CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 lets you create and centrally manage company-wide email signatures. The program also allows you to insert Microsoft 365 user photos to all email signatures in your organization.

To do so, just add the {Photo} placeholder anywhere in the signature template prepared in the program’s WYSIWYG editor. The placeholder will be automatically replaced with the sender’s photo when the signature is added to an email.
