Problem

They wanted to move mailboxes from Small Business Server 2003 to Small Business Server 2011. The migration was associated with considerable effort; namely, it required a laborious, manual export of users' mailboxes and an equally time- and resource-consuming import of the mailboxes into Outlooks on the target server-side. A pre-synchronization was not possible, so the administrator had little maneuvering room for the preparation of the operation.
