CodeTwo Exchange Migration lets you migrate your company's mailboxes and Public Folders located on on-premises Exchange Servers (learn more about Source and Target server connections). The program works equally great for migrating items within the same organization as well as cross-forest.
The program's Administration Panel is filled up with all the features necessary to migrate your mailboxes and Public Folders in no time (learn more about the program's settings and scheduling the migration).
The program itself should be installed on any computer within the company's domain and run under an account that belongs to Domain Admins (see the full list of requirements). Furthermore, the installation of the program is easy and straightforward.
Once the installation is completed, you may start migrating mailboxes and Public Folders just after the initial migration settings are configured.
Who is the program for?
The program was designed to make the Administrators' life easier while migrating or upgrading their servers.
The number of supported scenarios lets you migrate not only to new domains and forests but also within the same organization. Furthermore, you can migrate virtually all available on-premises servers. And yes, we do support migration of Small Business Servers.
How does the program work?
The program is installed in the source server domain either directly on the source Exchange Server or on any workstation within the source server network. CodeTwo Exchange Migration does not require installing any agents on the target server nor reconfiguring your connectors. The software accesses your source server mailboxes using MAPI profile to read their contents and copy items to the target server mailboxes via Exchange Web Services in one hop. Two types of database migration
The program supports migration of mailboxes and Public Folders. After the migration both the source mailboxes' content and Public Folders' content and structure will be copied and recreated on the target server.
The software accesses the source server data passively, which means that no data is deleted or modified on your source server. Furthermore, it does not need any intermediary agents installed on third-party server - it just copies files from the source to the chosen target without storing any data.
At any moment you can generate a report for all migrations, a single job, or even a particular mailbox. You may also set the application to send those reports via e-mail.
Brand new UI
Completely rebuilt User Interface (UI) allows you to perform all tasks in more convenient way than ever before. State of any migration can be easily checked on the clean-cut Dashboard view, from where you can jump to all crucial parts of the program in no time.
