Company description

Sprinklr is an American software company headquartered in New York. Founded in 2009, it now has offices in 25 countries located in both Americas and in the EMEA & APAC regions. Among their customers are dozens of the most recognizable brands in the world, including Microsoft, McDonalds, Cisco and Prada. Their AI-powered Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) platform helps companies provide a consistent and high-quality brand experience across different customer touch points (including 35+ social and messaging channels).

Problem

Sprinklr recently switched from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. The migration of 4,000 users posed an unexpected new problem: not everyone set up their email signature in the new environment. And even if they did, signatures varied drastically from user to user. Being a company that is strong on branding, this was a pressing issue for their Brand Team.

Solution

After a quick search on the Internet for "Microsoft 365 email signature" and perusing a few different options, only one stood out that had all the features Sprinklr was looking for – CodeTwo Email Signatures 365.

Since the company focuses heavily on security & compliance (they are ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 1/2/3 and PCI DSS compliant, among others), one of the deciding factors for choosing CodeTwo’s solution was its superior security posture. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is the only email signature management software certified by Microsoft. Sprinklr’s Security Team also had some doubts about emails leaving their systems to have a signature attached. But with CodeTwo working in Outlook (client-side) signature mode, emails never leave an Azure datacenter to get signatures – they are added directly in Outlook (desktop and web) when users type an email, through a dedicated Outlook Web Add-in.

With the help of CodeTwo, Sprinklr was able to efficiently deploy standardized email signatures across the entire organization. In addition, the built-in editor made it easy to design signature templates consistent with company's branding guidelines. CodeTwo Outlook Web Add-in even disabled any local, non-standardized signatures configured in Outlook apps.
