Company description

Polygon is a European market leader in preventing, controlling and mitigating various kinds of property damage caused by the effects of water, fire and climate. The company provides services to a wide range of clients including insurance companies, property management companies, as well as government institutions and households.

The company operates in 16 countries around the world. More than 4,700 employees, spread over 330 locations, resolve as many as 350,000 cases each year, so effective communication within the organization as well as with external partners and clients is very important.

Problem

Polygon needed a solution that would be an improvement over the signature functionality available natively in Microsoft 365. The company wanted a product that offers the ability to centrally manage email signatures for a large number of email users and works on all devices used throughout the organization while maintaining data security.

Solution

Following a recommendation by the company’s technical advisory team, Polygon decided to implement CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. The CodeTwo solution was chosen for a number of reasons, the first being the ease of deployment and use. The company first found the product on Microsoft AppSource, as it is recognized as Microsoft Preferred Solution and rated 5/5 stars. The second major factor that impacted the decision were the solid security features offered by CodeTwo and its product. Finally, the CodeTwo solution provides centralized control over marketing content used in email signatures.
