Polygon needed a solution that would be an improvement over the signature functionality available natively in Microsoft 365. The company wanted a product that offers the ability to centrally manage email signatures for a large number of email users and works on all devices used throughout the organization while maintaining data security.
Following a recommendation by the company’s technical advisory team, Polygon decided to implement CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365. The CodeTwo solution was chosen for a number of reasons, the first being the ease of deployment and use. The company first found the product on Microsoft AppSource, as it is recognized as Microsoft Preferred Solution and rated 5/5 stars. The second major factor that impacted the decision were the solid security features offered by CodeTwo and its product. Finally, the CodeTwo solution provides centralized control over marketing content used in email signatures.
