  1. I was encouraged to hear there was a new version. But still no joy . Outlook 2010 Pro (32 bit) on Windows 10 still locks up Outlook and you have to go into task manager to end it. Got a message saying “unhandled interrupt” or something to that effect. Outlook then disables it when restarted. This is the identical behavior as before.

    • Hi Steve, We were not able to replicate the issue (tested both Windows 10 32 and 64-bit). There is a possibility that it is caused by a conflict with another add-in. Are you able to test running Outlook with all addins disabled except Outlook Export?

  2. It is a shame that though the website says applicable to outlook version 2013 but it does not activate.
    Obviously no response from the supplier

      I am sorry to hear you are having problems with CodeTwo Outlook Export. Did the program appear in the Outlook 2013 top menu? Sometimes installed add-ins are not visible in Outlook. There can be several reasons for that. To resolve your issue, please try the steps described here:
