    Hi Dennis,

    If you cannot see public folders in the CodeTwo Exchange Sync folder picker, check if the user who installed the program has permissions to see them and if you can see them in Outlook when logged in as this user.

    If so, please send diagnostic data listed in this article to CodeTwo Support – they will help you out.
