Insert users’ photos in Microsoft 365 email signatures
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 lets you create and centrally manage company-wide email signatures. The program also allows you to insert Microsoft 365 user photos to all email signatures in your organization.
To do so, just add the {Photo} placeholder anywhere in the signature template prepared in the program’s WYSIWYG editor. The placeholder will be automatically replaced with the sender’s photo when the signature is added to an email.
