We have just released new updates to our email signature management software for Exchange 2007, 2010 and 2013. These updates are equal for all three products from the CodeTwo Exchange Rules family and contain a number of fixes and new features.
What’s new:
- Encrypted and digitally signed messages can now be processed by the program.
- Email notifications are sent to selected users when the number of available licenses is close to the limit.
- New properties for the {Photo} placeholder have been added that allow to adjust dimensions of photos pulled from AD.
- And more.
What has been fixed:
- In some situations the program did not process rules for users disabled in Active Directory.
- {Email as link} and {Webpage as link} placeholders were incorrectly converted while importing settings from the previous version of the program.
- In specific multi-server environments (Hub Transport, Mailbox and CAS roles installed on separate servers), Sent Items Update service did not update messages in Sent Items folders of mailboxes.
- And more.
Check the latest entries on the Exchange Rules family products version history pages to learn more (e.g. CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2013 version history).
