CodeTwo cloud license management: refreshed UI and new options

We’ve just rolled out a new Licenses page layout: it’s now easier to review the current signature and autoresponder license usage and keep license distribution under greater control by turning on the automatic reset of the license counters.

Refreshed user interface

The crisp new UI of the Licenses page puts key information on used licenses front and center. Thanks to the dynamic indicators in side-by-side sections for signature and autoresponder licenses, checking the current license use is now as quick as it gets.

Automated license resetting and license data export

We’ve also introduced a few new options on the Licenses page to help you manage license assignment across your organization:

• Automatically reset license count – enabling this toggle lets you automatically reset signature and autoresponder license counters every 24 hours and assign licenses again as users send emails. This is especially useful if users or groups change frequently in your organization.
• Export used signature licenses and Export used autoresponder licenses – these options let you generate CSV files listing all users with assigned licenses, giving you a clear view of license distribution within the company.

On top of that, the new update includes a number of smaller UI improvements across the entire Admin Panel to make your overall experience even better. Enjoy and stay tuned for more updates!
