Where to find the CodeTwo domain assigned during provisioning

Problem:

You want to find the CodeTwo (sub)domain added to your Microsoft 365 tenant during the provisioning of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365.

Solution:

The unique CodeTwo subdomain assigned during tenant provisioning can be found in:

• CodeTwo Admin Panel,
• the Microsoft 365 admin center, or
• the Exchange admin center.

Finding the CodeTwo domain in CodeTwo Admin Panel

1. Sign in to CodeTwo Admin Panel.
2. Click your tenant on the Tenants page, choose Exchange Online connectors from the menu, and click the Configure connectors manually button (Fig. 1., items 1-3)
3. In the pup-up window that opens, you will see your unique CodeTwo subdomain (Fig. 1., item 4).

Finding the CodeTwo domain in the Microsoft 365 admin center

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. Go to Settings > Domains (Fig. 2., item 1).
3. Find the domain name ending with *.smtp.codetwo.online (Fig. 2., item 2).

Finding the CodeTwo domain in the Exchange admin center

1. Sign in to the Exchange admin center.
2. Go to Mail flow > Accepted domains (Fig. 3., items 1 and 2).
3. Find the domain name ending with *.smtp.codetwo.online (Fig. 3., item 3).
