We’re happy to share the news that CodeTwo has been shortlisted for the Best Customer Service Award at the International CX Awards 2022. Being in good company of well-known businesses that have customers at their heart (like Shell International, Revolut or Philips) is something that makes us very proud.
International CX Awards is a world-wide contest that focuses on the customer experience aspect of business activity. The awards are presented in several categories based on the assessment of the CX excellence by a panel of independent business professionals.
The organizers also stress their commitment to fair and transparent competition, which was confirmed by the Outstanding Trust Mark award they won in 2021.
