Signatures in Sent Items are not displayed correctly in Outlook on the web
You use Outlook on the web (OWA). The Sent Items Update feature is on. When you send an email and go to the Sent Items folder, this email does not have any signature displayed in the reading pane (even though the signature is displayed on the message list, as shown in Fig. 1.).
This is a display issue of Outlook on the web; it is not related to CodeTwo.
To solve this problem, you can:
- open your message in a separate window
- or refresh the whole OWA page in your browser.
You can open an email in a new window from the menu (see Fig. 2.) or by double-clicking the message on the list.
When the message is viewed in a separate window, the signature is displayed correctly (Fig. 3.).
