Where to find invoices for CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365

Problem:

You would like to access the invoice for your CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 subscription payment.

Solution:

Invoices are sent to the contact email address of the CodeTwo Admin Panel owner. After each payment, you receive an email confirmation from us. The message includes the invoice and licensing-related documents attached in the PDF format (Fig. 1.). In this way, you can conveniently access all invoices directly from your mailbox.

If you are the owner of your organization's CodeTwo Admin Panel account, you can check and manage the email address to which invoices are delivered directly in the CodeTwo Admin Panel, on the Contact info page (Fig. 2.). For more information, see our Knowledge Base article.

If you are an admin of your organization's CodeTwo Admin Panel account, you can check the email address to which the invoices are sent by accessing the CodeTwo Admin Panel account management pages (as shown in Fig. 2.) and clicking Billing in the navigation menu on the left. Only the owner can change this email address.
