Where to find invoices for CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Problem:

You would like to access the invoice for your CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 subscription payment.

Solution:

Invoices are sent to the contact email address of the CodeTwo Admin Panel Owner. After each payment, you receive an email confirmation from us. The message includes the invoice and licensing-related documents attached in the PDF format (as shown in Fig. 1.). In this way, you can conveniently find all invoices in your mailbox. 

Important

You cannot access your invoices directly in CodeTwo Admin Panel.

If you are the Owner or an Admin Panel admin of your organization's CodeTwo Admin Panel account, you can easily check the email address to which the invoices are sent. To do it, sign in to CodeTwo Admin Panelgo to the Billing page in the left-hand navigation menu, and have a look at the address shown in the Billing info section (Fig. 2.).

To be able to change the email address to which the invoices are delivered, you need to be assigned the Owner role. To modify the address, access the Billing page (as outlined above), click Edit in the Billing info section, change the address in the Contact email address textbox and click Save to apply the changes (Fig. 3.).
