Where to find invoices for CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Problem:
You would like to access the invoices for your CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 subscription payments.
Solution:
If you are the Owner of your organization's CodeTwo Admin Panel account, you can view your organization's billing history and download invoices for all your CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 subscriptions on the Billing page in CodeTwo Admin Panel (Fig. 1.).

Invoices are also sent to the contact email address of the CodeTwo Admin Panel Owner. After each payment, you receive an email confirmation from us. The message includes the invoice attached in the PDF format (Fig. 2.). This way, you can conveniently find all invoices backed up in your mailbox.

If you are the Owner or an Admin Panel admin of your organization's CodeTwo Admin Panel account, you can easily check the email address to which the invoices are sent. To do it, sign in to CodeTwo Admin Panel, go to the Billing page and check the contact email address in the Billing info section (the Admin Panel Owner sees all contact & billing details as shown in Fig. 1.; Admin Panel admins only see the contact email address).
Only the CodeTwo Admin Panel Owner can change the email address to which the invoices are delivered. To modify the address, click Edit in the Billing info section, change the address in the Contact email address field and click Save (Fig. 3.).
