(1) The Administration Panel cannot be installed on a server machine running Exchange 2007. You need to install it on a client machine to manage email rules and program’s settings in these versions of Exchange Server.

(3) If the Administration Panel doesn't work after upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7 or 8.1, you need to reinstall the application.

New:Conditional placeholders added to the signature template editor. This feature lets you create custom placeholders that can contain multiple values. Which value replaces a conditional placeholder in a signature depends on a set of user-defined conditions that are checked as the signature is added to an email. Conditional placeholders can be used e.g. to add a generic phone number to an email signature if a sender has no phone number specified in AD, or to insert different marketing banners for selected users only.

New:It is possible to split messages sent to large number of users. This feature is useful when a message needs to be processed by multiple rules of CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007, e.g. the messages need different footers for different recipients.
New:Accessing information on contacts from Active Directory.

New:New installer for a desktop installation. It is possible to install the program on a desktop without Exchange. This is useful for customers who want non-admin users without access to Exchange to prepare the settings and footer templates to be later copied to the server.
New:It is possible to run the installer without installing C++ libraries.
New:It is possible now to add custom Active Directory fields used by the program. The file containing custom variables named SchemaExtension.txt must be placed in the installation directory of the application. The newly added variables are available in the signature editor after restarting the server.
Fixed:The operations on Active Directory groups have been optimized. In the current version the information on the users' membership to Active Directory groups are collected in cache.
Fixed:The footer was inserted for all members of an Active Directory group despite the fact that the group was added to the exceptions to the rule. The error occurred if the message sender address matched the address of a contact in Active Directory. The error has been removed in the current version.
Fixed:The coding of HTML entities has been changed to decimal. This eliminates the problem of incorrect displaying of national characters in some mail clients, e.g. Lotus, Entourage. The default coding format can be changed to hexadecimal by changing the value of 'HexHtmlEntities' in the system registry.
Fixed:In limited instances there was an error with logs growing uncontrollably large. The current version removes this bug.
Fixed:The program did not find a footer in the message if Outlook changed the space sign to " ", which made footer add to the message multiple times.
Fixed:The program generated an error in the system log if a message did not include a recipient. In the current version, the error is logged in internal program's log files instead of the system log.
