Troubleshooting PowerShell connectivity to the target server
This test checks the remote PowerShell connectivity to the target Exchange server. After connecting to the target server, the program tries to execute PowerShell command Get-Mailbox to list all the mailboxes on the target server. During that process, you may receive the following errors:
Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message: The WinRM client cannot process the request.
This issue occurs if either an internal firewall blocks the Windows Remote Management service or the service has not been started. See more information on Windows support pages.
