Log files
Log files contain diagnostic data that can be useful when the program deviates from its standard behavior. Diagnostic files are divided into:
- Updating service's log files that contain diagnostic data concerning the updating service
- Administration module's log files that contain diagnostic data concerning actions associated with the administration module
To access the log files, click the Help button located in the Administration Panel’s toolbar and choose one of the options (Fig. 1.).

The default locations for storing the diagnostic files cannot be changed.
All log files are named in the following pattern: YYYY.MM.DD_00001, YYYY.MM.DD_00002, YYYY.MM.DD_00003 etc., where Y is the year, M - the month and D - the day when the file was saved.
In this article
