Using the Templates library
The template editor allows you to store and load auto-reply templates from the Templates library. The library contains a selection of predefined auto-replies that come along with the program. They can be modified and deployed in a production environment. You can also add your own templates to the Templates library.
To open the Templates library, go to the New/Edit Out Of Office item window and click Load template (Fig. 1.).

The left pane of the Template library displays a list of available templates along with their names. When an individual template is highlighted, its preview is displayed in the right pane. To load a template, select it from the list and then click OK (Fig. 2.).
