The software is not made for mixed environments - it will not synchronize mailboxes between two or more different Exchange Server versions e.g. between Exchange 2007 and 2010. | |

Hybrid setup support | Synchronization in hybrid environments is possible only for accounts that have mailboxes in on-premises Exchange. Service account and Windows logged-on user must both use accounts that have mailboxes in on-premises Exchange. |
ADFS is not yet supported, Single Sign On (SSO)-enabled accounts should not be used as a service account or to run the software. |
