Importing / exporting policies

When the list of policies grows longer and a lot of effort was put into its creation, it is worth to back it up and ensure it will not be lost in the case of a system failure. To allow that, CodeTwo Email Signatures for Email Clients offers the Import / Export option, which can be used to export all the settings of the program to a single file. Such file can be then easily moved to another location and safely stored. Should an unexpected computer crash occur or the policies were deleted accidentally, the exported settings can be loaded into the program with a few simple steps assuring effortless reconfiguration of the software.

To import or export all the existing policies, click the Import / Export button in the Administration Panel of the program and choose either to export or import settings from the context menu (Fig. 1.).
