Forcing update time of policies
The Advanced Settings feature allows you to set the time intervals between the forced updates of your policies even if they have not been redefined. It will cause the signature changes made by the users to be overwritten by the policies centrally defined within the Administration Panel.
To change the settings run the program from the command line with the advanced parameter (Fig. 1.). If you have installed the software in the default location, please run the following commands in order to enable advanced options:
- If you are running 64-bit operating system:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeTwo\Email Signatures\EmailSignatures.Administrator.exe" /advanced
- If you are running 32-bit operating system:
"C:\Program Files\CodeTwo\Email Signatures\EmailSignatures.Administrator.exe" /advanced

In the Advanced Settings configuration window, you can set the time intervals for forcing the policy update on email clients. As by default the update time is set to 15 minutes, it may be adjusted according to ones needs. Note that the time frames may be set for the clients that make use of both types of policy deployment methods: the Client Applications and the Central Updating Service (Fig. 3.).
