CodeTwo AutoLogon

CodeTwo AutoLogon will automatically log you on to Microsoft Exchange mailboxes and SharePoint services. The program is extremely useful for users who use many accounts at once or are often forced to log on to servers from outside their domain profiles. Owing to CodeTwo Autologon, users don't have to fill in their credentials manually every time they access a given SharePoint site or Exchange mailbox. The program will complete and confirm those windows for them automatically.

A popup window appears if we want to access SharePoint from outside the given domain (Windows 7). Fig.1. A popup window appears if we want to access SharePoint from outside the given domain (Windows 7).

It often happens that users have to access a given SharePoint site or a Microsoft Exchange Mailbox from a profile that isn't configured to log in to those services automatically. This applies to those users who e.g. use a few Exchange Mailboxes or work on several domains during their workday. Switching between domains is time consuming, whereas filling in and confirming the credentials (Fig.1.) anytime they want to read a SharePoint document or apply slight changes to it, is extremely frustrating.

The same situation happens when accessing an Exchange Mailbox in Outlook from a different profile or domain. Even if we tick off the ‘Remember my credentials' box, the same window will appear at Outlook startup after rebooting the system (Fig.2.).

CodeTwo AutoLogon solves this problem. The program scans the display in search of log in windows and confirms them automatically.

You will be now asked to give your credentials to the account you would like to log on to automatically in the future (Fig.4.).

You should be aware that while providing the user's name you will also have to specify the respective domain name to which this user belongs. The correct format for this information is shown to you in brackets next to the user name field (domain_name\user).

After confirming the window, you will no longer have to log on to that specific account manually. The program will scan your display in search of logon windows and confirm them automatically for you. What is more, if it encounters a new log in request, you will be asked whether to add this account to the list or not.

Obviously, you can change or remove the records anytime you want it, by clicking on the correct button in the program's main window. You can also add new accounts accordingly. What is more, it is possible to adjust the scanning frequency for better performance in the Options section too.
