Users of Trial Versions


Users who are testing trial versions of our software are entitled to free technical support via e-mail or by phone. However, priority will be given to users who have purchased the full version of the applications. The charge for the phone call will be billed to the calling party.

Users of Full Versions


Users who have purchased one of our applications automatically receive a free 12-month technical support e-mail subscription as well as a 2-month Live Support service. Our fast and effective Live Support service is conducted by phone, skype and Online Meetings. Online Meetings enable the CodeTwo Support Technician to remotely access the user's computer for hands-on control.

  • When your technical support service expires, simply order a paid extension.
  • Your free technical support service will automatically renew when you purchase an update to the application.
