CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007

CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 2.2 is a significant departure from the previous version. The tool is thoroughly enhanced in line with the functionalities that have been requested by our customers. Feel free to submit more feature requests as we still plan to develop the application further. Some of the new features include:

Tight Integration with Active Directory (available from 2.0)

Now messages can receive various disclaimers and signatures depending on the criteria you will set for the senders and recipients of messages such as: scopes of SMTP addresses and domains, membership to the Active Directory groups, organizational units, specific Active Directory objects, or based on values in the properties of the Active Directory objects, such as a city or company branch or whether the recipient is internal or external to the organization. More about configuring the scope of senders and recipients.

Brand New Footer Editor (available from 2.0)

The previous editor was an outsourced component from a third party company and it contained several shortcomings making it difficult to compose footers in particular those including national characters from multiple languages. The New Footer Editor has been engineered by our Team of Programmers from scratch and is the answer to all your needs and expectations. It will help you create some professionally looking signatures and disclaimers with advanced formatting without technical expertise of HTML. More...

Multiple disclaimers/signatures in one message (available from 2.0)

You can make a single message match several rules and so add to it multiple footers such as disclaimers plus a signature. The administrator can configure the program so that the disclaimer is always added at the very bottom of the message, while setting the signature to be inserted below the most recent response. Replying options let the administrator decide whether the company footer is inserted into the given message only once or every time it travels back and forth through the Exchange Server as the same message but containing the history of previous correspondence. More...

Sent Items Update (available from 2.2!)

CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 is a server-side application and as such its operation is transparent to the end user. However, version 2.2 of CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 introduces the possibility for end users to view signatures and/or disclaimers added by the program in the Sent Items folders of mail clients. This option is called Sent Items Update. More...

Support for Multilingual Disclaimers (available from 2.0)

In this new version signatures/disclaimers can contain national characters from several languages and alphabets. It is now possible to create a footer including e.g. English text, German, and Arabic. The inserted footer will display correctly even though it contains characters from different languages. More...

Support for 2008 Systems (available from 2.0)

The program is compatible with the latest Windows Server 2008 and Small Business Server 2008.

Active Directory Cache + Asynchronous Message Processing (available from 2.0)

The new version has its own storage of data - this is introduced to reduce the load of the servers processing Active Directory queries. Another overhead reducing feature is asynchronous message processing.
