CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 is a server-based software, which means the disclaimer and/or signature is not inserted while the message is composed by the user in their mail clients - they are inserted when the message is processed by Exchange. This means no additional software must be installed on the client machines.

This also ensures that any mail client can be used by the user - the footer will be addedat all times. Therefore, the disclaimer/signature will always be added to the message when using the following: Microsoft Office Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Outlook Mobile Access (OMA), Blackberry, PDA, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Entourage for Mac, iPhone and all other mail clients.
