This article will help you solve the most common problems related to the software.

You cannot sign in to your tenant in the program

When you configured your tenant and try to sign in in the program, you get the following error:

The application has been successfully registered in your Azure AD, but the Azure AD state has not been updated yet. Wait a minute and try to log in again.

To solve it, be sure to update the program to version 2.0.0 or newer. The update should run automatically next time you launch the program.

If you see the following error:

Failed to log in to Office 365 tenant. Keyset does not exist.

sign out of your Microsoft account and sign in again in the program.

You cannot add or change a photo of other users

When you try to import a photo for another user, you get the following error:

Action could not be completed. invalid_role

To manage photos for all users in your organization, you need to be assigned the User administrator or Global administrator role in Entra ID (Azure AD). See this Knowledge Base article to learn more
