Format
The message format buttons are located above the ribbon (Fig. 1.). They function in a similar way to tabs: when you click one of the buttons, the layout of the Editor changes and shows the options that are available for the selected message format. By switching between these buttons/tabs, you can create a signature template for the following email formats: HTML, RTF and Plain Text.

The options available on the ribbon depend on the selected message format (see Fig. 2., 3. and 4.).

Signatures in the HTML format are the most customizable; HTML is also currently the only format that allows you to embed graphics via CodeTwo Editor. The table below shows which signature editing options are available for different signature/disclaimer formats:
