Required permissions:

Local Administrator rights are necessary to install the program.

The software is installed for all users on the machine but can only be used by users who have the Write personal information permissions that apply to the rest of the domain users. Usually, the Domain Admin accounts have these permissions.

Requirements:
  • The following 32-bit and 64-bit Windows operating systems are supported: Windows 10(*) or Windows Server 2019 / 2016(**).

(*) If the program doesn't work after upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7 or 8.1, you need to reinstall it.

(**) If you cannot find the program in the Start menu, make sure your operating system has the latest updates. Learn more

  • The software needs to be installed on a machine with access to Active Directory.

.NET Framework 4.5 is required.

Size on disk after installation: Similar to the size of the installation file (see the Download page for details). Installation of additional components (such as .NET) might be required - these components usually require less than 100 MB of available disk space.
Supported environments:
  • Windows-based domain environments running Windows Server 2016 and 2019 are supported.

Other: Only enabled AD accounts are listed in the program. Resource mailboxes, such as conference rooms, are not supported.
