Storages

A storage is a target destination where the program saves the backed up data. It is also a place from which backup data is restored. Both Exchange/Office 365 and SharePoint data can be backed up to the same storage. However, you cannot back up public folders from different sources (on-premises Exchange servers or Office 365 tenants) to one storage – you need to create a separate storage to be able to do so. 

The Exchange and Office 365 content of a storage can be archived on an external drive and imported back to CodeTwo Backup when required. The articles in this section of the manual describe how to create and manage storages as well as monitor their status. Use the links below to learn more:
