Keywords filter
Before CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO processes any messages and performs any actions, it checks the defined conditions. If the message or messages meet the condition then it is processed. If not, the rule will not be applied and no action will be taken. Apart from the condition it is possible to define exceptions. If the defined exception is met then the rule will not be applied. One of the available exceptions is the keywords filter. CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO can search for specific keywords defined by the user. After such content is found, the rule won't be applied.

In order to activate this exception for the specific rule on the Exceptions tab on the List of Exceptions click the Add button, and then select Remove keywords (Fig.1.).

It is possible to define searching in the Subject of the message, in the Body, or both in the Body and Subject. If you want to define the keyword, you need to type it in the Keyword field (Fig.3.).
