In order to activate this condition for the specific rule on the Conditions tab on the List of Conditions click the Add button, and then select Remove keywords (Fig.1.).
If you do not add Keywords filter to the list of Conditions, the rule will will not check the content of messages for any keywords.

Keywords filter will be added to the List of conditions in the middle pane while on the right side you will see the properties (Fig.2.).

In the properties window you need to define the keywords for CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO to perform proper action. In order to do this, click the Add button. In the new windows you can put the key word and define the location to search the keyword. It is possible to define searching in the Subject of the message, in the Body, or both in the Body and Subject. If you want to define the keyword, you need to type it in the Keyword field (Fig.3.)

After defining the keyword and the search location you need to confirm your changes with the OK button. Keywords and the search location will be displayed in the properties of the condition. It is possible to define unlimited number of keywords. All of them will be shown in the properties on the right side (Fig.4.). By checking the Remove found phrases from the message option at the bottom of the Keywords filter pane, you ensure that the keyword and key phrases that are found in the message are not visible for the recipient. The space left by the word/phrase will also be removed.

After you apply your changes CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO will perform actions on the messages that contain the defined keywords.
