CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2003 is used for centralized management of disclaimers and signatures for messages sent via Microsoft Exchange Server. The technical information you will find in this chapter will help you control the appearance of the footers attached to messages.

In the current version of CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2003 footers are added to outgoing messages as well as internal ones. Footers cannot not added to incoming messages.
