Remove keywords
CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO enables you to remove keywords from messages. This feature is very useful, if for example the end user do not want to see the "SPAM" word or the "SCANNED FOR SPAM" string added to the message subject by the spam filtering software of the email recipient.

How it works

Some messages processed by Exchange may contain unwanted content (words or phrases), but it is virtually impossible to supervise all mail in the company manually (Fig.1.). With CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO you can activate the Remove Keywords, so that the defined words and phrases are automatically removed from the messages that travel through Exchange and meet the defined criteria (Conditions) (Fig.2.).
