Force Email FormatCodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO can be used to change the format of messages on the fly when they are processed by Exchange Server. This feature will unify the format of all messages in the company, even if they are sent from mobile devices that frequently cannot send new mail in HTML. If you combine this action with the Insert Signature and Disclaimer action, you can make sure the messages are always stamped with the same template of the signature.
How it works
In CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO you can set up different signatures for different message formats. However, if users send mail using different formats their signatures make look dissimilar (Fig.1.) as there is no text formatting or image support available in Plain Text messages while HTML messages can contain graphic objects. With CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO you can activate a server-side rule that will convert the format of messages that match the defined criteria (Conditions). They will be modified on the fly when they are processed by Exchange and receive the same signature format (Fig.2.).

In the properties pane select the target format for messages. You can choose to convert messages to Plain Text or HTML. RTF format is not supported either as the source or target format.
After configuring the action in the above manner, the format of messages that match the Conditions will be converted to the desired new format by CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO.
