Reports
The Reports feature allows you to track the progress of your migrations. To create a new, up-to-date report of the desired range, use the Reports section (Fig. 1.) on the ribbon, available on the Jobs tab. The program allows you generate the following types of reports:
- Overall migration report, which includes a summary of all migration jobs defined in the Administration Panel;
- Job migration report, which includes a summary of a single migration job, with a detailed information about all mailboxes;
- Mailbox migration report, which includes a detailed summary of all elements (folders and items) migrated within one mailbox included in a specific job.
Fig. 1. The Reports section on the Jobs tab.
What is more, the application can send any type of report automatically by email. You can define what particular action should trigger sending an email with the report (for example, when the migration job starts or finishes), as well as schedule the sending of these reports at predefined timeframes.
Overall migration report
On the Jobs tab, click Overall on the ribbon to generate an up-to-date report in HTML. This kind of report contains the summary of all defined jobs (Fig. 2.).
Fig. 2. Overall migration report for all jobs.
The report summarizes current progress of every migration job in a detailed table as well as in a pie chart. It also covers detailed information about items included in these jobs:
- Migrated – source items migrated successfully
- Remaining – source items that are yet to be migrated
- Excluded – source items excluded from the migration (as specified in the Folder filter and Time filter step)
- Failed – source items that were attempted to be migrated but were eventually skipped because of errors
- Total – a summary of all four categories above
Job migration report
To generate a more detailed report on a particular migration job, click the Job button on the ribbon. This HTML report includes a similar table and pie chart that are found in the overall report as well (Fig. 3). Additionally, a detailed table is generated for every mailbox included in the migration job, showing the number of items (migrated, remaining, excluded, failed and total), migration progress, average speed, as well as start and end time. The last column displays total time consumed for migrating a particular mailbox.

Mailbox migration report
You can also view a more detailed report for one particular mailbox by selecting this mailbox from the list and clicking the Mailbox button on the ribbon.
Tip
The alternative method to access the report is by clicking mailbox’s Migration status (Fig. 4.).
Instead of generating an HTML document, the program displays this report in a separate window (Fig. 5.). The left pane of the report allows you to browse through specific folders included in the mailbox. Additionally, the right pane of the report shows detailed information on items that were either excluded from the migration or were not migrated at all. Just like in the case of two previous reports, all migrated items are split into the following categories:
- Migrated – source items migrated successfully
- Excluded – source items excluded from the migration (as specified in the Folder filter and Time filter step)
- Failed – source items that were attempted to be migrated but were eventually skipped because of errors
- Total – a summary of all three categories above
Fig. 5. Detailed migration report for the selected mailbox.
Each row shows the sum of all items included in a respective source mailbox folders. The Summary row at the bottom shows the overall number of items processed for a particular mailbox.
Important
If you migrate from Gmail, and the numbers shown in the Summary row simply do not add up (e.g. number of migrated items is too low), it is likely that you haven’t selected certain label types (e.g. Starred) for migration.
To migrate items (emails) marked with given labels, select the labels in Gmail settings and then run delta migration to migrate the missing labelled items and create their corresponding folders in the target.
Automated reports sent via email
The program can also send migration reports automatically as attachments by email to selected users. You can configure what type of report should be sent, when and to whom in the Email reports options window. To open this window, click the Options button on the Jobs tab.
To enable automatic sending of email reports, select the Turn on email reports checkbox (Fig. 6.).
Fig. 6. Enabling sending reports via email.
Next, configure the following reports options:
- Types of reports (the first section) – determines what information will be included in the report. You can select one out of three options:
- State of every mailbox – the program will send detailed reports on all mailboxes included in every migration job. You will receive a separate attachment for each job.
- List of failed mailboxes only – you will receive reports only on mailboxes that failed to migrate. A separate attachment is generated for each migration job.
- General migration state – this report contains a summarized information on the whole migration process, without any additional details.
- Send email reports section – here you can specify (by selecting an appropriate checkbox) which action should trigger sending the report (Fig. 7.).
Additionally, you can take advantage of the built-in scheduler to send reports on specific days and hours. To enable this feature, simply select the According to a schedule checkbox (Fig. 8.). Next, click the Schedule button to configure the scheduler options (Fig. 9.).

If you select All fields in the scheduler, the reports will be sent every hour to the defined recipients.
- Email options section – this is where you define the email reports recipients.
You can send reports to multiple recipients, separating email addresses by using the semicolon (;) character, or provide email addresses to which the copies (CC) and hidden copies (BCC) of such reports will be sent (Fig. 10.). It is also possible to select the sender (the From field) of these reports from among admin accounts used to configure the target server connections.
