Support Contract for CodeTwo Public Folders - Pricing

If you want to contact our technicians by email, you need to order a 3 month Support contract. The price for the Support contract depends on the number of licenses you have for the program, and is shown in the table below. The Support contract expires after three months. Ordering the Support contract is not mandatory; however, it is recommended because of the following benefits:

  • Full access to our online knowledge base.
  • 24/5 access to our technicians by email. They will answer all questions concerning the product and will assist in addressing any technical issues.
  • 24-hour response time guarantee.
  • Assistance comprehensively provided by the same specialist (unless he/she is out of office).

Prices for a Support contract when upgrading, migrating, or purchasing additional licenses

The price of the upgrade does not include the Support contract fee (optional). Please make sure you have a valid Support contract if you want to receive assistance along with the product. Contact us to ask questions.

If you order additional client access licenses and you have a valid Support contract, you should expand your Support contract subscription as well to cover the additional users. Ordering the Support contract for additional users does not extend your current Support contract, so the final price will be reduced based on how much time elapsed in the current Support contract subscription. In this case you will receive a message with a calculated price difference.
