Support Contract for Out of Office Manager - Pricing

If you want to contact our Technical Support specialists via email, phone or receive assistance via remote session, you need to order a one-year support contract. The price for technical support depends on the number of users determined by your license, and is shown in the table below. The contract expires after one year. Ordering a support contract is not mandatory; however, if you do not order it, you will only have access to free technical documentation.

Pricing for a Support contract when upgrading, migrating, or purchasing additional licenses

The price of the upgrade does not include the Support contract fee (not obligatory). Please make sure you have a valid Support contract if you want to receive assistance along with the product. Contact us to ask questions.

If you order license extension packs and you have a valid Support contract, you should order technical support for additional users, according to the price list. Ordering technical support for additional users does not extend your current Support contract so the price will be reduced according to the used period of your Support contract. In this case you will receive a message with a calculated price difference.

Let's assume you have CodeTwo Out of Office Manager for 100 users together with a Support contract that was purchased 9 months ago for $79. Currently you want to buy additional licenses for 100 users. The Support contract for 200 users is $120. The difference in price is $41. However, the annual Support contract has been used in 75%, so the amount to pay is 25% of the sum i.e. $10.25.
