Support Contract for CodeTwo Out of Office Manager - Pricing

If you want to contact our technicians by email, phone or receive assistance via remote sessions, you need to order a one-year Support contract. The price for the Support contract depends on the number of licenses you have for the program, and is shown in the table below. The Support contract expires after one year. Ordering the Support contract is not mandatory; however, it is recommended because of the following benefits:

  • Free upgrades to newer versions of the given product (provided that you have a valid Support contract and have maintained a Support contract continuity).
  • Full access to our online knowledge base.
  • 24/5 access to our technicians by email or phone. They will answer all questions concerning the product and will assist in addressing any technical issues.
  • 24-hour response time guarantee.
  • Assistance comprehensively provided by the same specialist (unless he/she is out of office).

Definition and benefits of Support contract continuity

The Support contract continuity means that you purchased a Support contract together with the product and extended its validity when required.

For example, if you purchased CodeTwo Out of Office Manager together with a one-year Support contract, you meet the conditions of the Support contract continuity for 12 months since the time of your purchase. If you fail to renew the Support contract before it expires, you will not maintain the Support contract continuity and will lose the benefits of it.

If you maintain the Support contract continuity, you will get a free upgrade to a newer version of a given product (if it comes out).

For example, if you have CodeTwo Out of Office Manager, you can get a free upgrade to CodeTwo Out of Office Manager 2 if the new version comes out.

What is more, maintaining the Support contract continuity, entitles you to discounts while renewing the Support contract (see Discounted price list in the table below).

If you wish to purchase Support contract separately or after your Support contract has expired, you lose the benefits of Support contract continuity and you have to buy the Support contract for a standard price, shown in the Standard price list column.

Pricing for a Support contract when upgrading, migrating, or purchasing additional licenses

The price of the upgrade does not include the Support contract fee (not obligatory). Please make sure you have a valid Support contract if you want to receive assistance along with the product. Contact us to ask questions.

If you order license extension packs and you have a valid Support contract, you should order technical support for additional users, according to the price list. Ordering technical support for additional users does not extend your current Support contract so the price will be reduced according to the used period of your Support contract. In this case you will receive a message with a calculated price difference.

Example:
Let's assume you have CodeTwo Out of Office Manager for 100 users together with a Support contract that was purchased 9 months ago for $79. Currently you want to buy additional licenses for 100 users. The Support contract for 200 users is $120. The difference in price is $41. However, the annual Support contract has been used in 75%, so the amount to pay is 25% of the sum i.e. $10.25.
